iOS app lets providers record and transcribe patient notes from anywhere

NEW YORK - July 3, 2025 - Nextvisit AI has launched an iOS mobile app, bringing its AI-powered clinical documentation platform to the iPhone. Providers can now record patient conversations and receive formatted clinical notes in seconds, whether they’re in the office, doing home visits, or working across multiple locations.

The app connects to Nextvisit AI’s web platform. Clinicians speak naturally into their phone during or after a patient encounter, and the AI generates structured clinical notes automatically.

“We’ve put Nextvisit AI in every provider’s pocket,” says Ryan Yannelli, Co-founder & CTO of Nextvisit AI. “Whether they’re conducting home visits, working in multiple locations, or just need to capture notes right after a session, documentation doesn’t have to wait.”

The mobile app carries the same core functionality as the desktop platform. User surveys show providers spending 40% less time on documentation, with administrative staff saving time on billing and coordination as well.

Healthcare providers can download the iOS app, ClinicalConcert, from the App Store. The platform is free to start at https://nextvisit.ai, with no credit card required.
