Open Insurance > Usage billing. This page is available to workspace owners and administrators. These steps apply to workspaces with Insurance enabled.
The page states: Usage charges and invoices are separate from your app subscription.
What Usage billing shows
- Unbilled charges
- Billing status (Enabled or Disabled), including who is billed and whether invoices charge the saved payment method or are sent separately
- A table of usage charges with operation, quantity, amount, and status (Unbilled, Invoiced, Free, or No charge)
- Usage invoices, with a link to the hosted invoice when Stripe provides one
Plan, payment methods, and app-subscription invoices stay on Billing Portal. AI credits stay on Usage and credits.
